Fulltime Marketer (“we,” “us”) runs fulltimemarketers.com. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site or request a free audit, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. If you have a question, email thefulltimemarketers@gmail.com.
Information you give us
When you request a free audit, we collect what you enter in the form:
- Your name, email address and phone number
- Your business name, industry, website, city or service area and monthly ad spend
- What you want more of (calls, sales, store visits or leads)
- Optional details such as your Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok handles, competitors and any notes
If you email or call us, we keep that correspondence.
Information about your business we gather to prepare your audit
To prepare your audit, we review publicly available information about your business. This can include your website (its content, speed and the marketing tools installed on it), your Google Business Profile and reviews, nearby competitors, public ad libraries and what AI assistants say about businesses like yours in your area. We use automated tools, including artificial intelligence, to collect and summarize this information, and a member of our team reviews the audit before it is sent to you.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, general location and device type. Google Analytics uses cookies. You can block cookies in your browser or install Google’s opt-out add-on. Our hosting provider also processes basic technical data (such as your IP address) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under terms that limit how they may use it:
- Cloudflare: hosts our website and runs our audit process
- FormSubmit: delivers form submissions to our inbox
- Google: analytics, email, and business and website data used in audits
- Anthropic: AI used to analyze public business data and draft audits
- Resend: sends audit emails
- SerpApi: checks public ad transparency data
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and to a successor if our business is sold or merged.
How long we keep it
We keep audit requests and related notes for as long as needed to serve you and for our business records, generally no longer than three years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing thefulltimemarketers@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example Texas, California or other states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights, including the right to appeal a decision about your request. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and access limited to our team and service providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above and post the new version on this page.
